Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Network Administrator/Specialist to manage and optimize our company’s IT infrastructure, support integrated security systems, and ensure seamless connectivity for both internal operations and client-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks

Implement and manage firewalls, switches, routers, and access points

Monitor network performance and perform regular system backups and security updates

Support integration of IP-based surveillance, access control, and alarm systems

Provide technical support to internal users and on-site technicians

Coordinate with vendors and partners on network-related projects

Document network diagrams, configurations, and SOPs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field

At least 2 years of experience in network administration or IT support

Knowledge in Cisco, Ubiquiti, MikroTik, or other networking systems

Experience in IP-based security and surveillance systems is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Willing to travel to various project sites when needed

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Solar Installers to join our growing solar division. The role involves on-site installation, testing, and maintenance of grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, and electrical wiring

Interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics

Ensure systems are compliant with safety standards and client specifications

Conduct on-site assessments and assist in system troubleshooting

Coordinate with engineers and electricians to complete installations on schedule

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of installation sites

Qualifications:

High school graduate or vocational course in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

TESDA NCII Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Solar PV certification preferred

Experience in residential or commercial solar installations is an advantage

Physically fit and comfortable working on rooftops and under the sun

Team player with a strong sense of safety and responsibility

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and reliable Electrical/Cabling Technicians to assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical wiring, structured cabling, and system integration for solar, CCTV, PA, and alarm systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and terminate electrical wires, data cables, conduits, and cable trays

Assist in mounting devices such as CCTV cameras, solar inverters, and alarm panels

Perform testing and commissioning of low-voltage systems

Read and interpret electrical and layout plans

Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards on-site

Qualifications:

Vocational or technical course in Electrical or Electronics

TESDA NCII (Electrical Installation & Maintenance) is a plus

At least 1 year of relevant experience in electrical or structured cabling works

Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely

Physically fit and willing to work on rooftops or tight spaces
